Samantha believes that every client is an individual and therefore needs an individualized treatment approach. Her work integrates culturally sensitive elements of IFS and psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, and principles of Intuitive Eating. She helps clients build self-compassion, heal their inner child, and develop greater freedom around food and body image.
Samantha’s treatment approach helps clients explore how past and present experiences shape the way they feel, cope, and relate to other others. The goal is greater self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships, and improved overall well-being.
