WHO THIS IS FOR
Whether you’re seeking support with a complex case, unsure when to refer out, or wondering whether a client’s needs fall within your scope, consultation offers a space to think through next steps with greater confidence.
Clinical Case Consultation
For clinicians seeking a clearer conceptual framework and more confidence with case conceptualization, treatment planning, diagnosis, and unfamiliar or complex clinical presentations.
Eating Disorder Consultation
For clinicians seeking specialized guidance around eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. Consultation can help you broaden your skill set, strengthen ethical decision-making, and increase confidence in collaborating with a client's treatment team.
Four lenses, one grounded practice
Each consultation draws on the same theoretical roots — integrated,
not siloed — to meet the case in front of you.
Intuitive Eating Framework
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I help clinicians translate IE principles into clinical language — supporting clients toward food freedom and body respect without diet-culture traps.
Parts Work (IFS-Informed)
Eating disorder parts often serve deep protective functions. We'll explore how to use a parts-based lens to understand restricting, bingeing, and other behaviors with curiosity rather than confrontation.
Psychodynamic Underpinnings
Symptoms don't exist in a vacuum. I bring a relational and psychodynamic lens to case conceptualization — helping you understand the developmental and relational roots of disordered eating.
Psychoeducation
Clients may not understand how eating disorders affect them physically, cognitively, and emotionally. I help clinicians explain these effects clearly, and help clients connect the dots between their symptoms and behaviors so that insight becomes a motivator for change.

What to expect
-
Pre-licensed, newly licensed or seasoned clinicians who are working with challenging cases or want to develop competency in disordered eating. You don't need to specialize in EDs — curiosity and clinical investment are enough.
-
Consultation and supervision are distinct services. If you are seeking formal supervision toward licensure, please reach out about supervision offerings. Consultation is peer-level professional development.
-
Yes — most consultees bring one or two cases per session. We can focus on stuck points, clinical decision-making, countertransference, or how to introduce a new framework to an existing client.
-
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are billed at the full rate.
-
No formal preparation is required, though some consultees find it helpful to jot down key themes, clinical questions, or moments from sessions that felt stuck or uncertain. We go from there.
