Sound Healing

Sound Healing Services

Where Resonance Takes Root

Trauma-informed sound healing for treatment centers, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and individuals ready to receive healing vibrations.

Grounded. Sensory. Immersive.

Trained in Koh Phangan, Thailand

My instrument collection was built with intentional clinical purpose. Every bowl was chosen for how it works in a therapeutic context, not just how it sounds in a studio.

Nervous System Regulation

Send an inquiry with your setting, group size, and what you're hoping to create. I'll respond personally.

Somatic Integration

Vibration is felt in the body, not just heard making it a powerful tool for processing what lives below the surface

Deeper Rest

Many people experience their first truly restful state in a sound bath -a reset the body didn't know it needed

Emotional Release

Sound creates a container for emotion to move without needing words, explanation, or analysis

A More Grounded Approach to Sound Healing

Sound healing uses therapeutic instruments — crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes — to create vibrations and frequency that the body receives on a deep level.

When facilitated thoughtfully, it can create a felt sense of safety that allows the nervous system to genuinely settle, or it can allow deeper emotional processing to integrate. Compared to wellness-based sound healing, my work is informed by clinical training in trauma, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing. I know what it means to hold space for someone who is not okay — and I bring that awareness into every session, with every person, in every room.

Ways We Can Work Together

Tailored sound experiences for every setting, rooted in regulation and resonance.

Why Trauma-Informed
Matters Here

Safety First

Every session begins with consent, orientation, and participant choice.

No Toxic Positivity

Sound healing can bring up emotions — no pressure to feel a certain way.

Body Autonomy

Participants remain in control of their own experience, movement, and engagement.

A Therapist in the Room

Most sound healers are not clinicians. You're receiving care from a licensed.
